Webisia Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 23, 2026.
Webisia is a trademark of OOPATECH INC., a federally incorporated company registered in Quebec. OOPATECH INC. is the legal party providing Webisia and entering these terms, even when quotes, invoices, Stripe subscriptions, or customer-facing documents display the Webisia name. These terms govern access to the Webisia website, Webisia Studio, website projects, and hosting and care plans. A signed quote or project agreement may add terms for a specific project; where they conflict, the project agreement applies to that project.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to commission its website, approve its content, connect its domain, and manage its account and billing.
Website projects
The scope, price, timeline, revision rounds, and deliverables of a design and build project are set out in its quote. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback, and approvals when requested. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. A website goes live after you approve it and the domain is connected.
Acceptable use
You may use Webisia for lawful business websites. You must not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, access another customer's account or website, publish malicious, deceptive, or unlawful material, misuse personal information, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Your content and ownership
You retain your rights in the content, logos, and media you provide. You grant OOPATECH INC. the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you supply or publish and for the notices your website gives its visitors. Ownership of the custom design delivered for your project, and of Webisia's underlying templates, editor, and platform, is set out in your project agreement; the platform itself remains the property of OOPATECH INC.
Plans, payments, and changes
Project fees, plan prices, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and included features are presented in your quote, at checkout, or in the applicable order. Care plans renew until cancelled. We may change the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product function. Access may be limited or a website taken offline for a security threat, unlawful content, non-payment, material breach, or risk to other customers, with notice where reasonable and permitted.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registration, DNS, payment, and email services depend on third-party providers and their terms. You remain responsible for renewing any domain registered in your name and for keeping the DNS records we provide in place.
Privacy, exports, and closure
The Webisia Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. Authorized account holders may request an export of their website content. Closure and deletion remain subject to identity verification, outstanding payments, legal holds, disputes, required retention, provider operations, and backup expiry.
Availability and responsibility
We work to operate and recover websites reliably, but internet services and third-party providers can fail. Keep your own copies of content you are required to preserve. Any warranty, liability, indemnity, service-level, governing-law, and dispute terms require the final contracting-entity agreement and qualified legal approval.
